TheBans Consulting, Inc takes all available measures to apply the strictest standards of confidentiality to all information clients share with our company.
We collect customer information required to help us deliver services to our customers, which includes advising customers about our products, services and other opportunities, and to administer our business.
TheBans Consulting Group Inc. logs browser requests to our http server. These logs capture computer information (IP, domain, browser version etc.) and navigation and click-stream data, and any other information their browser has included. This data is used in non-identifiable form for web site and system administration purposes.
We will not disclose any customer information to any outside organization unless we have previously informed the customer in disclosures or agreements, have received authorization from the customer, or are required to do so by law.
Logged information is not disclosed outside of TheBans staff or those under contract to conduct maintenance to web server components. The logs are permanently archived as raw research material. The logs are kept private and are not kept to be accessed, opted out of or changed by server users.
Only TheBans employees that have adequate designation have access to customer information. Employees who breach our Privacy Policy will be subject to our normal disciplinary process. If we hire other organizations to provide support services, we will require them to conform to our privacy standards.
TheBans has established a Privacy Officer that has the role of managing overall privacy protection and compliance with the federal and/or provincial privacy laws in place and to ensure that your personal information is held secure.
